Rent An ATM For Your Next Event

Are you having a large event with vendors and places within the venue for people to buy things can bring in a lot of money for small businesses? The size of the crowd will often dictate the amount of money people make, but access to cash is another concern that you might need to address. Usually, events like these can benefit from making an ATM, or automatic teller machine, available to people.

Renting an ATM is one option that you might want to consider. You provide the space, and the ATM company will come and install it for you. The fee for the ATM rental may vary from company to company, so be sure to work that out before you have the machine delivered. Money dispensed from machines within the event is more often than not spent at the event, and that is what your vendors need. Electricity and Connectivity

ATM's need to have power, so where ever you want them placed will have to have power available. Connectivity to the vendor and the banks is also a concern, but most rental companies are now offering ATM's that use mobile technology to connect to the internet, making them wireless. This gives you the flexibility to put them just about anywhere you like, as long as there is a power source. A generator can power the ATM, so if you want it in the middle of a field, it might be possible. 

Filled and Monitored

When you rent an ATM for your event, the owner of the machine will fill the machine before it is delivered. Most companies can monitor the amount of money in the machine remotely, so they will know if it starts to get low. Often the company that rents you the ATM will have staff at the event to monitor the machines and keep them working for the duration of the event. It is in their best interest to keep the machines vending money, because they make a fee on every transaction that goes through the ATM. 

Security Concerns

Once the ATM is delivered, the company that owns it will typically provide security with the machines. In most cases, you are not responsible for the machines in any way. The owner will take care of the delivery, pickup, and all upkeep and maintenance while they are at your event. It is an easy way to make it easy for your customers to attend your event and spend some money with the vendors there.
